Umbuchung & Kündigung
BOOKINGS SERVICE HOURS: 8AM - 10PM (7 DAYS A WEEK) Our minimum call out fee is €100 per therapist. All bookings require a minimum of 2 hours' notice. All bookings must be made through Amarse and not directly with the service provider. Failure to comply will result in you being denied access to our platform. DEPOSITS A 25% deposit is charged at the time of booking. The remaining amount is due on the day of the appointment, to be paid directly to the service provider by cash or transfer. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to rescheduled to another day as long as you advise us of the reschedule more than 24 hours in advance. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations/Reschedules can be made to your booking for free online up to 24 hours before the appointment. Bookings cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit their deposit. Cancellations via email or WhatsApp are not accepted at weekends or outside of our phone line hours. Please note our what's app support line is open from 9.30am – 5pm Monday – Friday. ADDITIONAL FEES We charge €10 - €30 for parking and transportation costs. You can pay this charge to your service provider in cash or transfer at the end of your treatment. A 20% surcharge will apply for all bookings during Public Holidays, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Good Friday and Easter Sunday. If the Artist/Therapist is required to wait longer than 20 minutes your appointment may be shortened or forfeited.
